<description>Hi Charlotte. I just wanted to let you know that I&#039;ve been enjoying your blog, and over the last several days have actually read the entire thing. I was very sorry to learn of your brother&#039;s death, and admire your ability to persevere through such a terrible loss. I am very interested in the thoughts you have expressed about memoir-writing issues, and the other day I posted a comment to your 11/14/04 entry. (My comment was way too long and upon re-reading it I&#039;m mortified to find a syntactically derailed sentence. But: you really made me think, which was very exciting!) Anyway, I look forward to reading more of your work - further blog installments, your novel, and (someday) your memoir. Happy New Year, from Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn!
