		<description>It&#039;s not that big -- five pounds -- about the size of a pork roast I guess? But it&#039;ll certainly keep me in pancetta for a year or so -- I had to crank up the swamp cooler down there last night to up the humidity -- it was drying out too fast (plus there was water in the swamp cooler I had to use up). 

I wrote another letter to the editor on the Ameya thing -- it should be in tonight&#039;s paper ... they just piss me off ...</description>

		<description>Holy pig!  How big is that pancetta?  It seems to have the proportions of an area rug! Please tell me that&#039;s a camera-perspective issue, or the plumbers, authors and hairdressers of Livingston have to stage a sustainablity intervention...

PS:  Nice critique of Ameya.  As I pointed out to the tour-guide who was boasting about the &quot;creative community&quot; they were planning to build there, &quot;We already have a town.&quot;  But I think the rich folks will just treat us like a native village to visit for the thrill.</description>
