		<description>Hey Kristi -- it&#039;s a little bit sour. I didn&#039;t use any of my sourdough starter in this one, although it did have a hunk or old sourdough dough I&#039;d saved from the previous batch (which reminds me I forgot to stash a hunk in the fridge this round). But when you let it ferment this long (2 days in this case) it does get a little bit of a sour taste, and it has that lovely elastic crumb that you get in a sourdough loaf. It&#039;s nearly gone, so I guess it&#039;s probably time to crank up another batch ...</description>
